I cannot imagine why anyone would want a job as a cop in a Tulsa school.
Maybe they really care and want kids and teachers safe? Maybe they realize lack of accountability and excusing bad behavior and crime for ideological or financial reasons in school will likely result in more bad behavior and crime later?

My daughter works at a Tulsa school.

Doesn't look to me like the "best practices, best research and all of the best advisors. are worth a tinkers damn.
It is my opinion that Cruella DeGist is far more worried about her bonuses and legacy than she is about security and the safety of staff and students.
