I've never ran into this before. My driver license has an old address on it. Will that be an issue in purchasing a firearm from an FFL holder?

Look at the backside of your license. There’s small print (which no one ever reads) that says you have 10 days to notify DPS of a change of address.
Right, kinda like the wording on the paper tags on all these old cars running around town.
Notify the DPS, not get a new license.
COVID and July release of the real of has made going to get a license a by appointment only task. I have another week till my appointment on a renewal. YMMV

Um not saying to do this but if you write the address on your ID on the 4473 nobody is the wiser

I had to turn someone away a few years ago because the address he wrote on the 4473 didn't match his DL. I never saw him again after that.
