I bought the Troy from the 71st and Mingo store Friday morning. It too was marked up, but is very nice and lite. I'm pleased with the deal on the rifle. I'm looking forward to shooting it. Mine has a 2xx serial number but came with a 10rd mag... 
If any of you cats decide to replace the pistol grip hit me up about your old one.
