I found a bunch of S&B 9mm cases in my stash that really looked like brass and not copper washed like some of the Rusky stuff. I noticed what looked like rust in one and got my magnet out and lo and behold it was steel and so was several others, I checked some of my reloads and found them there too. I use carbide dies and really don't see a problem with loading them. I'm not too crazy about the plain steel cases though.

I have no Idea how many 9mm I have loaded, probably not many but if you think about it would the factories take a chance on damaging very expensive equipment by using it. I can't tell that it has hurt my equipment but like I said before I think I will stick to the brass plated cases or if I run across some copper washed I might try them. I don't believe that they would damage my pistol or they wouldn't be on the market.
