Turkey Season

Anyone taking the kids out this weekend for some Turkey hunting? I'll be taking my daughter and younger son on their first ever hunts this weeken. I hope they get a couple. I think I'm more excited than they are though. I love turkey hunting.

I'm taking my 13 year old son out tomorrow for his first turkey hunt. He shot his first deer last fall and now wants to get his first turkey. I don't know much about turkey hunting, so it'll be a learning experience for us both.

Had longbeards fly down and come running to us. She picked out the biggest and boom. Sucky video dad didn't notice the targeted bird was behind the branch, sorry lol .

Pass on the congrats. We couldn't get them to respond to the decoy or call today. Saw a couple big groups of toms.
