Apparently a suicide bomb went off. They are saying 2 dead as of now.

One friend who was in the Navy out at Tinker put in for embassy duty and was sent to Turkey 4 years ago. Tried to contact him but no response. Consolation is that I doubt he'd still be at that duty station after 4 years time.
