I like how Obama ended Waterboarding by US government personnel, yet continues to use contractors and super-secret missions are still going on all over the world (and I'm guessing nobody is slapping the hands of those contractors for using practices not sanctioned by the UN... unless they get caught).

They dog us out for waterboarding, which is a non lethal means of interrogation, but seem to overlook our enemies who cut peoples heads off with rusty butcher knives while still alive and tape it for distribution.
