I'm not a motorcycle person, but how does grass clipping endanger a cycle on the road way? I can understand on curves or at intersections, but on straight stretches? I see folks on a local FB crying about this daily, "such and such is mowing and blowing it on the road." It always seems to be on a straight road too.

The county mows our ditches, but it's on a straight road.
Lots of grass on roadway can be a danger to those on motorcycles, large clumps of wet leaves, and so on when on curves mainly, but I found out when riding for well over 30 years to slow down on curves and when obstacles are encountered as well as pay attention to what is ahead of you.
I found a clump of wet leaves on a corner when a kid riding a Honda Super 90 in town. Wear the road rash scars to this day.
