Unsolved Murders..how to re-open or help?

***Basically just curious!! No...not that phony hollywood CSI ...BS. Just curious, my wife will watch a 48 hours show or some sort of unsolved crime show and it seems civilians are involved in "their own way".

**If I really wanted to, I'd call my dad. He retired from the OCPD and was an elected Sheriff for quite some time in a county attached to Oklahoma county.

***As Traxxis stated..."cursed with the profession"...my dad's the reason I didn't want any part of law enforcement. Shifts on night..when the rest of the family was asleep, working holidays, and weekends.

As a Sheriff...sure he was home, but on call 24/7. So, if there was a murder or anything he warrented to be called by a deputy or undersheriff.....away he went. So, this lifestyle never appealed to me!!!!!

***Just a curiosity question about ....I guess...open records.

I remember the Orbach murders as well. Didn't they have a suspect in that case? I can't remember.

I had never heard of it. I was 7 at the time it happened. Anyway, I googled it and found this article among many others. Horrific situation.
