It only takes one to get it to SCOTUS and if I heard correctly, it’s about the constitutionality of the elections, not about fraud.

The Supreme Court of the United States isn't even going to entertain a case like this.

From what little browsing I've done on this it appears that the suit is about violating the 14th amendment.
