Veggie, sometimes you just have to go with your gut. Trust your own judgment. I know this is a big decision and your first urge is to seek the input of others, but try to resist. Look inside. You've known the answer all along.

If you loop where you should have hooked, or hook where you should have looped...well by God you did what you thought was right. Nobody can say you're not a man. Pick your router up, dust it off and you've learned a valuable lesson.

Call me if you need to talk. I won't walk you through it, but I can let you talk it out on your own if that helps. Sometimes just having someone to listen to you helps a lot. You might want to take a lunch break first, clear your head. Maybe even start fresh tomorrow or Monday. Resist the urge to drink until you blackout, it's not worth it.

Sincerly,

RidgeHunter

I know there's a couple of engineering nerds on this forum... This question is directed at you.

Which strip goes on the wall? Hook or loop?

Google can't find a consensus.

If it matters, I'm putting up a Linksys WRT54G Router. I coulda swore it came with screws and anchors, but I can't find them, nor can I find suitable mounting holes on the body. Thus, Velcro.

Take the rubber feet out of the holes in the legs screw them to the wall and push the router back onto the rubber feet.
