I do not think they will be able to do anything with the semi-auto pistols, other then cap the mags to 10 rds.

I'm thinking along these same lines, though at this point I believe anything is possible.

Obama and Biden have both publicly stated that if congress does not pass something, there will be an executive order.

The media is trying hard to convince us and everyone else that there is a consensus that "something must be done". I'm not so sure that we should start bargaining away our rights yet.
