What is this?

They did put air bags inside the front coils fairly often. They just were filled with a normal Schrader valve and an air hose. I've seen rear air shocks on them too. Not sure if they had on board air compressors that far back or not

Being it is labeled Sears i figure it to be a addon for air shocks but cant figure out what the dial on the right would be for unless it is a setting for when the compressor kicks on and off for the ride comfort
