I know it’s a knife and for a rifle. That is all I know. Looks cut down or sharpened the hell out of. I don’t know anything about old military stuff.

How did you know or find info so fast? I spent awhile last night reading up on them after your guidance. If this one was not missing the button and had not been either cut down or sharpened for a hundred years, it would be a valuable piece.
I just typed in WZ22 bayonet and it popped right up. I didn't know if that would find it but it did.
