whats the deal sigma 380?

Anybody got experience with a Smith & Wesson sigma 380?
Cruising Gunbroker and theres several for like $100
Are they that bad? when ravens and jennings are bringing more.

Yes, they're that bad.

Although they look good, as I recall they were only rated for so many rounds after which major components are supposed to be replaced. A quick search states that 3500 rounds was the "life-limit". Apparently not many people were thrilled with a pistol that had such explicitly life-limited parts.
