BYW, the holster I used for the G23 was a Bianchi IWB and the CCO Para 1911 goes into a Tucker Gunleather "Silent Thunder". Both at 4 O'clock.
Currently, a Kahr CW45 in a Looper OWB and/or a Model 38 J-frame in a DeSantis Super Fly pocket holster. As long as I can wear an un-tucked shirt, no problemo. Looking to go IWB when I get my 1911 - a Milt Sparks, Crossbreed or Minotaur will get the job done.

I voted sub-compact in a pocket because that's usually what I do, however, on occasion, I have carried a SIG P229 SCT in a Crossbreed Supertuck in appendix postion with a nice pair of slacks, belt and dress shirt tucked in and no one was the wiser.
I voted J-frame in a pocket, but depending on the situation maybe the J-frame or Beretta Nano in a Smart Carry. Any time I can get away with an untucked shirt or wear a sweater or sweatshirt (anything that cover my waist), I carry appendix IWB.
