Where to get photo?

I got mine done at TCSO. I paid them with a money order. I believe it was $35 for the prints($25) and photos($10).

I know most walgreens do them. Also, check with a few UPS Stores. I know when they were mailboxes etc, most of them used to do them.

Got mine at Tulsa County Sheriff's. Prints and photos. It's probably a bit more expensive, but you never get any problems with "unreadable prints". Worth it, IMHO.

Mine at Wal-Mart, $.34. Take a photo of yourself, with no hat, no shades, etc, and against a plain wall. Go to the wally Kodak photo kiosk, stick in your card/thumb drive whatever, and select passport photo, then crop to size according to the CCW format as shown on the application. Will give you like 8 pics on one sheet, so plenty to do form 1's and form 4's too.

When I got my first permit in 1996 I had my photos taken at the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Department. Got a letter back from OSBI telling me that the photos were unacceptable. I had to have new ones made at Kinkos, which turned out just fine.
