If you are not inside any city limits as defined by the COUNTY you reside in, there is nothing anyone can do provided you have proper safety measures.
I have neighbors out in Jones area that think they can run chainsaws and shop tools all damn night, but I can't shoot guns there from 7 a.m until dusk, had to give them a notarized copy of city ordinance and zoning with the number to my family's lawyer, they are still complete ass hat's about it, I think its because they don't understand 15' of dirt stops anything, and mine is on a slight incline, so I shoot uphill.
