I am somewhat tempted to sell it, give it away, nah. Actually pretty comfortable wearing with the 70's style strap. Best feature is a high domed boxed sapphire crystal.
It had better be sapphire if high domed and you're giving it to me, where my watches' best chance of survival means a sunken crystal covered by a stove lid.

Official Seiko time says I only spent two weeks over the last five days filing the peened rails junker frame to where a GI slide would fit. But that includes 6hrs looking for the rail file put away safely 5yrs ago. Official Seiko time now sez it's range time for live fire check. Will notify you of official Seiko time for that so that you won't be startled by any loud explosion you might hear from the east.
PS-range opens sunrise, 0724 hrs, 10/12/24, so tomorrow morning sunrise, if you hear/feel an explosion, don't worry, it's just old one-eyed Lucky Lefty playing with hand-held explosives again.
