Internal knit cuffs are another matter, they work better without riding up and when they die, nobody can see them. I have several jackets/coats/parkas with them, and do like them for cold, but a thin leather jacket, or even thick, doesn't do much besides act as a wind breaker without some heavy quilted liner, and even then, they get quite cold and stiff. (The Westen jacket in the original would work perfectly, so no need for custom (which Westen also does), but thanks again for the leads*).While the cuffs do serve a purpose of keeping cold air out and warm air in the material leaves a lot to be desired. I much prefer no cuffs myself.
