Who's been there?

I first became interested in it from a segment on the Oklahoma News Report about a woman who is writing a book about Whizbang.Never been there but it does have an interesting history. I've been close by (Foraker area) but this is the first I've heard of it. Pretty wild back in the day. Kinda' funny how it got it's name.
I would like to start going to Oklahoma ghost towns and taking pictures.Bring a metal detector when you go. Who knows you might find a coin worth millions.

According to her book the name Whizbang came from the sound that a big gusher oil well made right before the oil erupted.

With my luck I wouldn't find any valuable coins but who knows what else a person might find?
