Just got printed here in Ok County yesterday. Hope the app makes it over to the OSBI timely.

My wife and I submitted our apps to the OK county sheriff's office on July 7th. One charge showed up on the credit card on the 14th, the other on the 28th. Makes me wonder what made them get separated by 2 weeks. Guess I'll be happy if we're both packin' by October.

Update, my wife received her letter yesterday, Sept. 5th. So - July 7th to Sept 5th, not too bad!

Hopefully I get mine soon too! I guess I was more suspicious than she was

I got my Utah license in the mail the a couple of days ago.

Was finger printed on 6/19 in Payne County, got my letter on 9/5 and rushed down to pick it up. The letter from the OSBI was actually dated 8/13.

Taking my class tommorow, I have read some stories in the past on here about finger prints not being accepted, I work in a warehouse, and have very messed up fingers, Could I go to OSBI instead of the sheriffs office for my prints?

If it matters, its mostly just patches of a layer of skin missing randomly on some finger tips... Gonna try and repair it with lotion before going for prints Monday.

it shouldn't be an issue. They press down on there pretty hard. unless it's really deep, it shouldn't matter.

heck, i nearly severed the tip of my left middle finder with Deacon's Ka-Bar TDi and got my prints done 4 days later. There was a big missing piece of my print, but they didn't fuss over that.
