Why stop with rabbits? Hell it's August, go ahead and shoot you a couple turkeys out of the roost, pot shoot some quail, and maybe you could kick up some pheasant hens to blow out of the sky.

You're right, we'd all starve if there weren't rabbits to poach.
I know how it is. Even with my job and everything, my kids would go hungry if I didn't take those 12" bass home. Right.
