Why am I getting this error

This is getting really annoying.

It’s not been near as bad today. But it was every time I tried to click into something yesterday. Literally every time. Only on my phone though

And TK’s “fix” above didn’t actually work for me.

Just started for me today. My Mac updated last night and I thought it was that. It ain't that. My MacBook didn't update and it's doing the same. It's working at the moment but I ain't holding my breath, it would work may 2 outta 12 tries. Totally lame sauce!
