Why does nobody make an AR platform bolt action upper?

There are straight pull AR-15 style actions. I think they are popular in a few of the European countries.

I like that Smizer, AR upper. I think it’s a great idea for a single action suppressed.

Or a lever action AR.

I wouldn't mind owning one of those lever AR's,,,
It's my favorite non-auto action type.

That one with the red-dot, light, and hand grip looks ideal.

I've always thought a lever action in 38 Special/.357 Magnum,,,
Would be a great choice for a self defense rifle,,,
Assuming semi's weren't an option.

Besides, it actually looks very cool,,,
