Got out of work early Thursday because of the storms. I'm staying at the lake near the Refuge, so I took a cruise through since I'd never been there before. Nice place, just wish the weather was a little cooler.

Great pics. Seeing those buffalo made me think that your 45-70 smoke pole would make a great item for getting some buffalo meat!

I heard Oklahoma had some mountains. I thought they may have meant a hill. I lived in Tulsa and laughed at the bump in the ground they call Shadow Mountain. My uncle told me he bought a 6 ft. step ladder so He could see the entire state. :)

I am going to have to head South because the photos show we really do have some mountains. I love the photos, especially of the rocky area. I suspect you really have to watch for rattlers
