Wife's New Toy

Picked up my wife's first CCW from Sooner State Pawn over the weekend - a shiny new S&W M&P Shield 9. She should be receiving her CCL any week now. Bought a Flash Bang holster for her at Sports World. Now to get her and the Shield out to the range and send some lead downrange.

Ha! Good one! The Benadryl must be kicking in. I was on the first floor at work today, pushed the 1st floor button to go to the 5th floor - TWICE! Obviously, I can't brain today. I have the dumb.

My wife loves her shield. That gun shoots a lot better than it should for its size.

I was at the range with a friend of mine and his girlfriend. She ask if I wanted to shoot it, be the polite young man that I am I said yes. In my heart knowing I was not going to like it, "Hold on to your seats" I WAS WRONG, the gun is not for me but it is a very nice shooting gun.
