Decided I would stop by the Academy in Norman on the way home from work. Wanted to see if they had any of those Plano Game Winner All Weather cases for my beloved, and soon to be banned, AR. I knew there was no hope of finding ammo so I just walked right past all of the weary faces staring at empty shelves, turned the back corner to find the cases. Something caught my attention; a shoe box with a .308 Monarch Brass UPC sticker. So nonetheless, I opened the box and there were (4) 20 round boxes of .308. So I began to pilfer through about 5 other boxes (amongst about 40 boxes on the back aisle) and low and behold I found 600 rounds of Monarch Brass .223 for 6.99 a box! Holy Shi+! Needless to say I headed straight to the checkout counter! ADVICE: Check those damned shoe boxes!
