Would you buy Baofeng ham radios customized with your area frequencies?

I have a pair of that Baofeng handheld. Cheaper than dirt.. but quality is also as what you pay for.. I doubt the wattage rating as the manufacturer claim. Not standard in antenna connection an Amplifier if desire to transmit high power. But.. It is cheap. So, I use it as a toy handheld to teach my kid the proper way o talk in Ham radio way.
