This is the dumbest piece of legislation I have ever heard of. 40 years ago or so the man that started this rumor, on his death bed, stated the whole thing was a hoax. In SE Okla at Honobia there is an annual festival devoted to Big Foot. I see this as just another gimmick to promote tourism. my .02

I think a bigfoot license will just be a novelty that some people will probably buy. I really don't think there's any chance the bigfoot population will be affected at all.
