If you have ever tumbler 40S&W ,9mm and 45ACP together you will find out those cases fit snugly inside of each other.

I do not need jackets on my projectiles most of the time. Powder coated lead keeps me happy.
I was in hog heaven after powder coating a few bullets.
No more greasy bullets.

Swaging looks interesting. I looked into it in the past, the equipment cost was prohibitive.

Just FYI the cases have to be anealed to make them dead soft. If not they will wear the dies and there is a very high chance one will stick in the form die and maybe never come out.

Like Mr Ed stated this is something people have been doing for 50-60yrs.
