He started it up for his wife and she went to walk off but turned back around with one more damn question.
Police said the blade was designed to cut metal and not grass . The blade they showed in the pic wasnt broken and who in their right mind would use something like that to cut metal, sounds to me like he did know how to install it and it came off and what is a strimmer, why dont poeple call things what they are instead of making up names for something that already has a name.
