Mom’s ring has been picking up lots of crazy things lately. So I ask, is this really a badger on her driveway.

Definitely badger. Tail is wrong for a opossum but there's no mistaking that gait.

Since I have never heard of human being sent to a hospital with badger damage, I'm going to say that there's a lot horse hockey being spread here.

Right. My wife saw one last night crossing the road near a creek in an agricultural area, outside Tuttle as well. Apparently my neighbor has seen them around here several times too.

A few years ago, I saw what I’m pretty sure was a road kill badger on the north side of Moffatt Road just east of US77 just north of Lex. I have pictures of it somewhere.

I don't wake up PO'd every day, but it doesn't take me long to get there.
