I went in the Army at age seventeen and after getting out worked overseas several years and somehow ended up in Purcell when I came back till I headed back across the pond again.....I knew how to drive but I'd never had a U.S. drivers license before so I got my first U.S. drivers license and bought my very first car in Purcell at the ripe old age of 25.
Not really what a person would call a 'chick magnet' but as I recall it was priced right....it was a red, used, four door Datsun PL-510.
At the time I was in between marriages and was running around with a crazy (in a good way) blonde headed single mom that lived in Lexington and I gifted her the car when I headed back overseas.
Datsun PL-510.
