Thats what I can't figure out. If they are nodding off, whats the appeal or thrill? Maybe there is a buzz or something in the beginning of use and addiction takes hold. Very sad pics. What does the rest of the world think of America these days.

It's from the xylazine that they use cut the fentanyl with. It's a large animal tranquilizer/sedative. It increases the "high" duration of the fent but also destroys blood vessels around injection sites and any wounds they may have. That's why you may see some of the long timers with huge necrotic abscesses and ulcers on their arms and legs. Many lose the limb or just become septic and die. All government promoted and encouraged.........
What's being used by these people that you see all stooped-over is a mixture of Xylazine (known as 'Trank') and Fentanyl. Xylazine is a powerful but inexpensive animal sedative used to 'cut' Fentanyl.
