Strange then that they would make it apply to rifles and not handguns, being that rifles are usually more precise. I suppose they are also usually higher velocity and more destructive to target holders and wires, though.
If you have shot at H&H lately you might have noticed the larger targets with the extra paper at the top, along with flat target hangers instead of an upside down 'U'. The move the target area down and the entire target up allowing head shots. The signs should be coming down as we phase these targets and hangers into all bays.
