That's a mess allright!! Reminds me of a dog we had when I was a kid. It was part australian shepherd and part blue heeler. Super smart, and super bored around our house so she was always getting into stuff and getting into trouble. Mostly because she was bored I think. She was a good dog, just we shouldn't have owned her in town. Finally "gave her away" to a home in the country. At least that is what I was told anyway.
I have a German Sheperd and a 5 year old son that does that almost daily !!!
My Boston makes that cat look well behaved. Biggest azzhole Ive ever owned but he has my heart and I love him so I clean up after his messes. He has a thing for anything that he knows has foam or fuzzy stuff in it then goes to work trying to get the foam or fuzzies out, and then what he doesnt eat he leaves for you. Gotta love em,you brought em home...

Oh my ... I can outdo you though. One of my cats got under the bed and pooped on GC's sleeping bag ... 
The only time something like that happens is if we have gone somewhere and missed putting one outside before we leave.
Yea ... I am gonna be a very quiet, very compliant Stepford wife for a little while ... and I am gonna go looking for a new sleeping bag now ...
As for the dogs, my dogs don't get in the trash. Even though Biscuit is at PD's house now, he STILL doesn't get in the trash. Truth be told he probably shudders and looks around to make sure I am not there everytime he sees a trash can. LOL
