My Little brother went to er last night not feeling good. He's ok, nothing major just a sinus infection.
Seriously? I wouldn't go to the ER unless I was dying or carried there.

where it seems grey to me is if the hospital is govt owned, funded, and operated

What about OSU? I am assuming since it is a teaching hospital that it is considered a campus of OSU and therefore off limits?
The unlawful carry at schools is only for places where high school age kids & below attend.
Tulsa does not have an ordinance banning guns on college campuses. Stillwater may have such an ordinance though
Can we carry in St. Johns hospital In Tulsa. I don't see any gun buster signs.
You must be blind then.
St. Johns insists that they can prohibit you from having a firearm in your vehicle. In direct violation of state law their HR policy still claims that leaving a firearm in your vehicle on their "campus" is grounds for termination. They are not a government entity doing business with the public, nor are they a k-12 or accredited college. Their security chief has also supposedly "confiscated" weapons from people.
St. Johns is extremely anti carry, left my pistol in the car when I went in to see my doc at the physicians building earlier this week, still had my holster on and my edc knife. Doc mentioned st. johns "policies" to me my wife works in the organization as well.
I honored their no firearms sign on the door, but I knew I was going to have to take my shirt off plus my wife works their. Concealed is concealed do what your conscience tells you is right.
