Trial? He admits to it and there's evidence. Take him out back, put one in his head, sleep well knowing he's gone.

Although everyone has the right to a trial.... this is the cheapest and most effective way by FAR

And how many people were on death row, some of which pled guilty, yet were found innocent years later? Do you want a system where it's more likely for an innocent person to die at the benefit of quicker punishment times? Or do you absolutely want to take every effort that an innocent person doesn't die?

I think we need to use the death penalty more often and more effectively. When we have incontrovertable evidence and things like DNA, etc... it's appropriate.
