I'll make you one from plywood if you want to get rid of that heavy old POS walnut top. :D

Well, I've grown quite fond of the heavy old POS walnut shooting bench. So I believe that I will keep it. However, you are welcome to the cut off if you want it. It was an 8'6" plank that I cut in half.



It is the one standing up in the photo. I've got a stack that is about 3 foot tall of these slabs.

If your willing to sell to fellow shooters I ( and I'm sure others ) would love to have a half slab to make shooting benches. My only change would be to make mine left handed =) !

What finish did you put on the wood? I really like the way the legs attach. Its simple and makes it easier to transport in pieces.
