it wasn't so much what they said just the fact they said it,when this forum started we were a bunch of friends talking about guns,shooting guns and trading guns. even if we disagreed we were still friends. seems like the place has lost that feel.
like JP i don't think i ever agreed with JP on anything but i would have been the first to show up if his bike broke down or he needed bailed out of jail.not much of that kind of kin ship left

I would out em. I have said it twice now. It is one thing to be stupid about the pistol in question and offer you a low ball offer out of ignorance, but to cuss at you and accuse you of low life, out them and teach em a lesson. Keep someone else from them. Teach em to not be a Computer Screen mouther.

Well, all I can say is that if you won't "out them" in the general forums, does this (ahem) "individual" have a feedback link? If he does, I'd say you need to make him "crash and burn" there so that everyone checking him out before a buy/sell would know what kind of individual he is.

If he doesn't, than at least give some "vague hints" that the established readers/members here can have an idea.

I have found the "PM function" of the board to be very useful for certain things ... just saying ... You guys are like a bunch of blue-haired church ladies ... If somebody gets too far out of hand, pretty soon EVERYBODY knows the gory details ...

Oh and Mr. Miller, I'm not ignoring you ... been getting pens fixed for the chicks GC brought home last month (he forgets how fast they grow ), the rabbits (I have a couple of does fixing to kindle), and the new (to me anyway!! ) ducks ... after the first things should quiet back down ... I'll give you a holler then!

I'd chastise you for continuing to call me "Mr. Miller," but I suspect that there may be others here on the forums with the name of Terry, so I'll give you a break. I just really dislike "Mr." Anyway, when your timing is right, lets get together. A meal, a tour of the RV, and who knows what else the four of us can find to do.

Some of you guys complain about the forum "not being what it used to be." Well, who is to blame? The only substantive changes we made were to lighten up on banning and allow some controversial topics. Changes a great many of you asked us for.

If members are being incorrigible assholes, then out them and run them off.

You know, that is part of what makes me love you, Books. I'll just have to become an "orphan" OSA'er once we move to Colorado in July. I may be moving, but I won't leave the "family" here.
