Gino's over Pats btw. Tacks makes the best in Reading. Ma's in Baltimore is awesome. My wife, who is from Reading, makes a outstanding homemade cheese steak.....when she finds the right rolls.

I dont know anything about the OKC area but the Van Wyks who run Tulsas Steak Stuffers came from Philly. Sure, the place to get a real Philly steak would only be in Philly and not at Subway or whatever, duh, but someone from there should be able to open a joint and put something reasonably close to the real deal together, and they do a pretty good job of it at Steak Stuffers. I started eating there when they first opened on Brookside way back in the day. Only been to Philadelphia a few times as my 1st wife was from Pennsylvania and have been to supposedly the best places there, which are near each other weirdly, and I think they do a good job of it at SS's- for a place west of the Mississippi anyways.
Texadelphia is in Bricktown next to the theatre.
