One last follow up... Is there a waiting list and how long do apps take to process? I'm sending one in just wondering when I'll hear back.

There is a waiting list. A guy I know submitted his application in November. He did not get into the 1st orientation class this year but I think he was notified that he would be in the next class. I think the next class is mid march.
Even if it were $1000 per year it would be well worth it if you actually shoot guns. OKC Gun Club is one of the best ranges on the planet, and one of the best places in the world.
Yeah, you can almost always get an action pistol bay to yourself, unless you come on a Saturday morning when they're running a match or something. That was one of the big draws for me too... being able to run any kind of drill I want without rules that prevent effective training like lots of public ranges have.

Im being a smartass. unless the club mentioned that you should invite others to the orientation, that orientation is ONLY for you, and whoever else they specifically have it scheduled for.
