10mm shooters

I just bought my first and already looking for another to shoot the heck out of. Looking for a Glock, prefer 40 mos, but any of you all own an xdM? I never cared for how the bore axis seemed high to me vs Glock and similar guns. That would likely apply to a 10 also, but anyone got one they like. Apparently Glock rules the 10mm field for the most part, certainly most affordable.

For the longest time I had a g20 and a g21. Ended up selling the g20 and now run the Glock 21 with a Lone Wolf 10mm barrel and compensator. If you pair it with a heavier recoil spring for improved reliability, you’re all set! Takes G20 mags since they’re the same frame. I took this pic before installing the sights, but gives ya an idea. I was able to have Jagerwerks mill the slide, added the rmr, barrel, internals, Dara holster and still have $ left over from selling the g20.

Got (and really like) the Glock 20, but have been eyeing the XDm. The XDm I have in .45 is a great pistol, so I figured that will likely carry over to the 10mm. Will be interested to see if there's anyone here that can shed some light on them.

The only 10mm firearms I have are S&W revolvers.

I have a Grand Power P40 10mm. I like the rotating barrel and DA/SA. Just another option to look at

How much noise and blast does that emit? Looks fun but would not want to shoot it indoors.

More than a standard Glock for sure, but not much more than the 21C. It’s a trade off, but it really helps with the snap of the 10mm. I carry it in .45 configuration unless I’m hunting.

I’ve got a model 40mos I bought to hunt with. Killed a deer with it last year and plan to hunt with it again this year also.
Had a model 20 in the past but really like the 40mos.
Would love to have a nice 1911 in 10mm.
