We have AF guys on OSA that are good folks.

That broad brush thing goes both ways...

I know Mac and I certainly don’t mean to offend anyone. Just relaying some personal experiences. Btw, I got a text from someone here on the forum that I know fairly well. He was AF and AF police. He wasn’t offended at all.

I think it goes like this for the 4 services when ordered to secure a building.
The Marines flatten it with artillery and air, assaults the position and posts guards on the rubble.
The Army plans for a couple of weeks, gathers intel and finally assaults the building with Rangers and S.F. takes prisoners for further intel and uses the building as a headquarters.
The Navy assigns a fire watch, makes sure the lights are off and locks the doors.
The Air force makes sure the building is up to code, has the proper amount of handicap accessible parking spaces and bathrooms and secures a 30 year lease on the property.
There ain't a big enough like button on this site so I made one.

Unfortunately this is nothing new. Sometime during the Obama years. The the DHS stated that ex-military was the number one threat to our national security.
That is true but to my knowledge, no other administrations have bad-mouthed the military until Obama and Biden. They were always respected but after the Capitol activity they found they could castigate the armed forces witout blowback.
