There are certainly a number of choices, but I am very happy with my Beretta U22 Neos. Especially for the money.
I did an experiment, or maybe it was just laziness, but I wanted to see how long the Neos would run before a FTF or FTE. I estimate around 2500 rounds before I had a FTE.

I have a nice smith and Wesson victory I might let go. Keyword might. Bunch of parts with it, altamont rosewood grips. I’m considering if I wanna sell it for a Ruger MKIV or keep it and just buy the Ruger. I want the longer barrel.

I personally like the victories. They’re easy to take apart, you can swap the barrel out without the headaches of going through an FFL (unlike the Ruger), and it’s a solid pistol overall. Been very reliable and reasonably accurate (that’s on me). The downside to the victory is that it definitely isn’t as attractive, and the barrel options are limited. Last I checked you can get 2 aftermarket options. They ain’t cheap either.

Been happy with all my Browning BuckMarks. G’kids have done their best to wear them out. So far nope.
This^^^. I like my so much that I purchased a second one for a backup in case the original ever fails. I’m guessing my original BuckMark has 15k plus rounds through it; mostly Federal bulk pack ammo.

I only have two 22 pistols that have never failed me.
A S&W 63 no dash and a Glock 44.
If I were you I'd wait a few more weeks and get an FN 502.

I am a recent new owner of a FN-509. It's beside the bed as we speak with a WML and integral laser. Very fine firearm.
I'm a Ruger Mark series owner having every model since they were put on the market, but I'd sure like a look and a range day with that 502 when it comes out.
