BJ's was the last place we went to for a party. Outstanding steak and the house craft Stout was really good.

And bake her a cake too! Nothing from a box either! Butter, flour, sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla...... Real ingredients!

I was gonna suggest buying some really good steaks, a bottle of wine and a her favorite dessert from scratch. But then he said the words "party of ...". I must really be a wood witch like Grumpy says. The older I get the more recluse I become. Lol

Throw some eating places at me for a Thursday night meal for my wife's bday...also will include a party of 10ish people...would like somewhere different, but not real loud so we can still conversate...in OKC, NW expwy area would be a good start...TIA

Guess I should've clarified better, we'll be in town for an early morning hospital deal on Friday morning already, so figured we'd all grab supper together. Trying to stay moderately priced, maybe in the $60-80/couple range. Are there any German food places that are good there?? I took her to a pretty good German place in Lawton when we were down that way around Mothers Day.

La Bavaria but it’s like SE 134 and Sooner or something like that.
Ingrid’s bakery and deli is good food but may not be what you had in mind atmosphere wise.

Cheevers deli downtown is some good eating. Been around for decades so a little history goes with it
