Ordered those. Might have enough clearance for my specific chore
If that doesn’t work let me know. No guarantee I’ve got a shallow 12pt 3/8 drive 1-1/16 but I might be able to make something work. You’ve really got my curiosity up. I’m sure you considered a ratchet wrench?

I think I did but it will be a week or 2 before I see that part again
and work that job.

Is there a name brand or part number on the socket?
EDIT; misread that you had one. I'm not awake yet!

The low-profile adapter is cool, but may be difficult to get off the socket. But do what you have to do....

If access/clearance is your issue, you could also take your socket to the machine shop and cut it shorter.
