I bought mine (single socket) at NAPA Auto Part (1977).

I would hit all the parts stores up.


Had a bad oil sending unit. Had sockets up to 1". Found the 1-1/16" and bought new sending unit.

New unit was 1-1/8".

i 'm sure if I had the shop build it they prob would have made them out of snapon but I'm not paying for it.
bought these from 2nd hand rose pawn.
just talked the the welder earlier and he said "i could have had tool and die cut those for you", so i brought him the 1-1/4" socket and we'll see yow those turn out.

These come in metric or Standard

I have a 12 incher that states inch size on one side of the handle and metric size on the opposite side. Too cold to go down to the shop to look at the brand, but I do believe it is a Cressent brand. Guess mine is really special to do both in one tool. Ha.
