10:45 Sunday night after a holiday weekend

Damn, I do not want to go to work tomorrow. I'm ready to take off until January 6th, 2013 for the Christmas and New Year's holidays.

I may play hooky after I run my errands and check in on my staff. Playing hooky is coming back home and going to bed.

I gotta drive 2.5 hours to a pointless meeting in the morning. And I have a bunch of personal stuff I've been ignoring for the last month that has a deadline this week. I've made myself uncomfortably busy.

Really would like to shut my phone off and hide for a week.

I'm supposed to get a cpap machine this week. I am actually looking forward to it. The sleep study was suprisingly easy. I'll be glad to start getting restful sleep again.

Dad has a CPAP but he can't sleep with it on. He's got some throat/airway issue. They are weird things - I couldn't sleep with one.

I slept great Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Prior to that I was running on 1.5 hours of broken sleep a night sometimes during the last few weeks. Couple that with not taking time to eat right, and I was a a big whiny, shaky baby. Sleep is amazing stuff. I either sleep great or not at all - no in between.

I don't want to work again. Might play the lottery to make it happen.

Well, I have gone for years with just a few hours of sleep per day. My back injury just made it worse. Getting fat hasn't helped. Although I have dropped a lot of weight. For the last few weeks, I have not had much appetite (which I guess is a good thing).

I'm actually looking forward to work. It has been nice having a few days off but I'm running out of things to amuse myself. At least work is having our Christmas party at the end of this week so I have that to look forward to.

Normally in at 6am on Monday, but I get a reprieve tomorrow...taking mom to airport at 9am. Wish I could drink away the rest of the week....

I know it changed mine.
